Nos \u00faltimos anos o Estado do Rio de<br \/>\nJaneiro vem  sofrendo com  constantes cortes em seu or\u00e7amento,<br \/>\nprincipalmente  na pasta da sa\u00fade.<br \/>\nA implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Sa\u00fade  da Fam\u00edlia no<br \/>\nmunic\u00edpio de Paty do Alferes -RJ, priorizar\u00e1 as a\u00e7\u00f5es de preven\u00e7\u00e3o,<br \/>\npromo\u00e7\u00e3o e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade das pessoas, de forma integral e<br \/>\ncont\u00ednua.<br \/>O atendimento \u00e9 prestado diretamente na unidade b\u00e1sica<br \/>\nde sa\u00fade ou no domic\u00edlio, pelos profissionais, e a popula\u00e7\u00e3o acompanha<br \/>\ncriando v\u00ednculos de co-responsabilidade, o que facilita a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e o<br \/>\natendimento aos problemas de sa\u00fade da comunidade.<br \/>\nDiante dos \u00f3timos resultados j\u00e1 alcan\u00e7ados, torna-se<br \/>\nnecess\u00e1rio \u00e0 amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero de equipes de Sa\u00fade da Fam\u00edlia nos<br \/>\nMunic\u00edpios do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<br \/>\nCerto de poder contar com o apoio de Vossa Excel\u00eancia,<br \/>\npara solucionar  este grave problema que assola a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa<br \/>\nrenda, agrade\u00e7o antecipadamente, e renovo meus votos de elevada estima e<br \/>\ndistinto apre\u00e7o.<br \/>\nSala das Sess\u00f5es, em         de
